If a product shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, improper handling, alteration, or unauthorized modification, the return may be refused or the refund amount may be adjusted.

Return Method: Returns must be completed in-store or according to the return instructions provided by our customer support team.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged. Restocking fee is 0 cost.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that banks, card providers, or payment services may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
